Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Guests are required to provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

Accepted IDs include:

Aadhaar Card
Passport
Driving License
Voter ID

PAN cards may not be accepted as valid ID proof.

Payment Policy

Guests may be required to pay an advance amount to confirm reservations.
Remaining payment must be completed during check-in unless otherwise agreed.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash payments subject to applicable regulations.
Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per Government of India regulations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation may be available if cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window mentioned during booking.
Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
No refund will be provided for early departures or unused services.

Room Occupancy

Maximum occupancy per room is as per the selected room category.
Extra beds/mattresses are subject to availability and additional charges.
Children below a specified age may stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to: Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
Avoid causing damage to hotel property.
Follow hotel safety and security guidelines.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest involved in:
Illegal activities
Excessive disturbance
Violence or abusive behavior
Damage to property

Any damages caused by guests will be chargeable.

Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Activities

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms unless specifically permitted.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Guests must comply with local laws and hotel regulations at all times.

Visitor Policy
